One thing about me is that I love leather. I love its softness, how it ages, the way it absorbs the natural oils from your hand. Leather has been with me since the start of my career in sales. And then I discovered Studioart. I used to peek through their shop window wistfully, marveling at the colors and shapes. Years later, when I finally met Nadia and came onboard, she showed me around their tannery and studio in Vicenza, Italy. It was like walking around her imagination. With her architect’s brain, she transformed leather into something that didn’t exist before. Now it’s her son Massimo who leads the company as Creative Director, turning his own instinctive style and eye for detail to creating the very best of leather for Studioart.

Studioart owns its own tannery, which means they handle the entire process like no one else can. From washing, hanging and measuring the hides to dying and stitching them to their exact designs, the level of precision in every stage is extraordinary.
